Role Description The Human Resources Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle activities. This full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad will oversee the implementation of HR policies, maintain employee records, and support performance management processes. The role involves handling employee relations, resolving workplace concerns, and promoting a positive, compliant work environment.

Qualifications

- Solid foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management to oversee end-to-end people processes.
- Experience in HR Operations, including recruitment, onboarding, documentation, and HR administration.




- Knowledge of HR Policies and compliance requirements, with ability to implement and update guidelines.
- Proven ability in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and engagement activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Familiarity with HRIS or HR management systems, and proficiency in MS Office tools.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and maintain confidentiality.
