- Compliance to manage the end-to-end execution of our monthly payroll and guarantee complete alignment with current employment and labor laws. The ideal candidate will combine solid analytical skills with absolute integrity in managing confidential data.Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-End Payroll Management: Collect, verify, and compile monthly payroll inputs. Compute exact salaries, overtime, bonuses, deductions, and unpaid leaves.Time &
- Attendance Tracking: Synchronize biometric attendance records and leave management platforms to validate working hours before salary generation.Statutory Compliance Operations: Manage regular processing, accurate deduction, and timely monthly filing for statutory formats including Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance (ESI), Professional Tax (PT), and Labour Welfare Fund (LWF).Income Tax &
- TDS: Handle employee tax declarations, collect and audit investment proof documentation, deduct accurate Tax Deducted at Source (TDS),



and facilitate the issuance of Form 16.Full &
- Final (F&F;) Settlements: Compute final payout numbers, accrued leave distributions, notice period calculations, and gratuity disbursements for resigning personnel.Query Redressal: Function as the central point of contact for employees resolving issues concerning payslips, deductions, structure layouts, or benefits.Requirements &
- QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or an equivalent field.Experience: 2 to 4 years of verified working experience explicitly managing core payroll workflows and statutory portals.Technical Acumen: Proficient with specialized HRIS/Payroll software ecosystems (e.g., Keka, Zoho Payroll, Darwinbox) and advanced Microsoft Excel commands (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas).Regulatory Knowledge: Firm operational understanding of localized labor laws, the Factories Act, and statutory portal interfaces (EPFO, ESIC).
