Role Description The Human Resources Executive will work on-site in Rajkot in a full-time capacity, supporting HR operations for the retail and corporate workforce. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing end-to-end HR processes such as recruitment coordination, onboarding, attendance and leave administration, and maintaining employee records. The role involves implementing and communicating HR policies, supporting performance management, and assisting with payroll inputs and statutory compliance in collaboration with the finance and leadership teams.

Executive will address employee concerns, support conflict resolution, and contribute to a positive, inclusive workplace culture.



This role will also help organize training and development initiatives and HR-related events to support talent retention and engagement across Foniton’s locations.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with the ability to handle core HR functions effectively.
- Experience in HR Operations, including recruitment support, onboarding, documentation, and HR data management.
- Skills in Employee Relations, with the capacity to build trust, handle grievances professionally, and support a respectful work environment.
- Knowledge of HR Policies and their practical implementation, ensuring alignment with legal requirements and company standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Familiarity with labor laws and statutory compliance relevant to retail operations in India.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS or HR software; solid organizational and time-management skills.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills in English and local languages; ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Prior experience in retail or multi-location environments is preferred.
