Role Description The Human Resources Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, documentation, and HRIS updates in alignment with organizational policies and processes. This full-time, on-site role based in Ernakulam involves handling employee relations, addressing queries, supporting performance management activities, and coordinating engagement initiatives. The individual will assist in recruitment processes, including screening, interviewing coordination, and offer management, while supporting HR compliance and policy implementation.





The role also includes maintaining accurate HR records, preparing reports, collaborating with leadership on workforce planning, and contributing to a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management to oversee core people processes and support organizational goals.
- 1-3 years of experience in HR
- Candidates should possess skills in HR Operations and HR Policies to manage daily HR activities and ensure consistent policy implementation.
- Candidates should possess skills in Employee Relations to foster a supportive work environment and address employee concerns effectively.
- Relevant experience in recruitment, onboarding, and performance management is beneficial.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Ability to work on-site in Ernakulam and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an added advantage.
- Familiarity with HRIS tools and basic employment law or regulatory compliance is preferred.
