About the RoleEco Mitra is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our growing team in Jaipur.
The role will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, supporting talent acquisition, maintaining employee processes, and helping build a structured, high-performance work environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, screening, interviews, and onboarding
- Coordinate employee documentation and HR records
- Manage attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
- Handle employee queries and day-to-day HR requirements
- Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives
- Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and SOPs
- Maintain HR MIS, reports, and employee databases
- Coordinate manpower requirements across departments
- Support employee communication and organizational activities
- Ensure HR processes are followed consistently across the organization
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in HR or a similar role
- Experience in manufacturing, packaging, FMCG, HORECA, or related industries will be preferred
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Ability to handle confidential employee information professionally
- Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong ownership and problem-solving mindset
