Role: HR Executive/Senior HR Executive

Experience: 3+ years

Location: Tiruppur, Tamil nadu

Salary: Upto 4 LPA

Job Responsibilities

- Handle recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, and exit formalities.
- Manage daily attendance, leave, overtime,



and payroll coordination.
- Handle employee grievances, discipline, engagement, and welfare activities.
- Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, and applicable labour laws.
- Maintain HR records, reports, and employee databases.
- Support factory/shop-floor HR operations and contract labour management.
- Coordinate with management during social compliance and buyer audits.
- Assist in HR policies, training, and employee development initiatives.

Requirements

- Graduate/MBA in HR or relevant qualification.
- 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in apparel/garment manufacturing or export.
- Good knowledge of HR operations, labour compliance, and MS Excel.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
