About the Role:
Join Anupam Finserv’s HR team and take ownership of key recruitment activities across the organisation. You will work closely with the CEO, CBO, and the wider leadership team, managing recruitment processes and helping build the team as the company continues to grow.
The role will involve hiring across a range of functions, including positions such as Credit Analyst, Customer Support Executive, Product Manager, and other roles based on business requirements.
This is a hands-on chance to manage recruitment activities in a young and fast-paced environment while working closely with internal stakeholders and external recruitment partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage candidate sourcing and recruitment through LinkedIn, Naukri and more.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
- Manage interview scheduling through Google Calendar and Calendly, along with maintaining relevant recruitment documents on Google Drive and Asana.
- Coordinate and onboard external recruitment partners.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong proficiency in Google Workspace (G Suite).
- Comfortable using AI tools and recruitment/scheduling software.
- Strong willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Good organisational and time-management skills.
