- Good communication & interpersonal skills

- Basic knowledge of HR processes & employee handling
- Ability to manage recruitment and daily HR activities
- Proactive, organized & responsible approach
Key Responsibilities:• Recruitment & candidate screening
- Employee onboarding & coordination
- Maintaining employee records
- Attendance & leave management
- Employee engagement & internal coordination
- Supporting day-to-day HR operations
