Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Director role based in New Delhi.

The Human Resources

Director will lead the HR function, develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives, and oversee HR policies and procedures. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing employee relations, guiding performance management processes, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws. The role will also involve partnering with leadership on workforce planning, talent acquisition, and retention initiatives,



as well as overseeing compensation, benefits, and HR operations.

The Human Resources

Director will coach managers, drive organizational culture and engagement, and support change management across the company.

Qualifications

- Robust foundation in Human Resources (HR) management, including strategic HR planning and HR operations.
- Demonstrated experience in designing, implementing, and updating HR Policies aligned with local regulations and organizational goals.
- Proficiency in managing Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, engagement initiatives, and communication with diverse teams.
- Experience in Performance Management, including goal setting, appraisal frameworks, feedback processes, and development planning.
- Solid understanding of Labor and Employment Law, with proven ability to ensure compliance and mitigate legal and regulatory risk.
- Relevant academic background, such as a master’s or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in a leadership HR role within a tech, SaaS, or fast-growing organization is highly beneficial.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership.
- Ability to work on-site in New Delhi and collaborate effectively across functions and levels.
