Role Description The Human Resources Director at READINEXT is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This position is responsible for leading the overall HR function, including designing and implementing HR policies, overseeing talent acquisition and onboarding, and managing performance review processes. The director will guide employee relations, support leadership in organizational development, and ensure compliance with labor and employment laws.

Daily activities include advising managers on HR matters, developing initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention, and analyzing HR metrics to support strategic decisions.



The role also involves collaborating with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives and fostering an inclusive, high-performing workplace culture.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in Human Resources (HR) operations, including strategic HR planning and organizational development. Training & Development etc.
- Proven experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining HR Policies and procedures.
- Demonstrated skills in Employee Relations, conflict resolution, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Solid background in Performance Management, including goal setting, feedback frameworks, and evaluation systems.
- In-depth knowledge of Labor and Employment Law and experience ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Experience in a senior HR leadership role, preferably in a rapid-paced or growth-oriented organization.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and work collaboratively with senior management.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional HR certifications (such as SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent) are an advantage.
