Role Purpose:

- We are looking for an HR Analytics person to support HR analytics, HRMS optimization, reporting, and digital HR initiatives.
- The role provides an opportunity to work at the intersection of HR, data, technology, and process improvement, supporting data-driven decision-making and enhancing the effectiveness of HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in HRMS enhancements and process optimization, including requirement gathering, testing, issue tracking, and implementation support.
- Analyze HR data and prepare dashboards, MIS reports, trackers, and management insights.
- Support development and maintenance of dashboards using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
- Identify opportunities for automation, digitization, and improvement of HR workflows.
- Track HR/performance KPIs, trends, and process effectiveness to support decision-making.
- Support data validation, reconciliation, documentation, and HR data governance activities.
- Coordinate with HR teams, employees, managers, and other stakeholders for effective execution of HR initiatives.

Candidate Profile:

Education :



Currently pursuing or recently completed MBA/PGDM in HR, Business Analytics, or a related discipline, or another relevant graduate/postgraduate program.

Exp: 0 -1 year

Core Requirements:

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work with data, reports, and structured information
- Robust communication and stakeholder coordination skills
- Attention to detail and a structured approach to work
- Interest in HR technology, analytics, and process improvement

Preferred / Good to Have
- Power BI / Tableau
- SQL and/or Python
- Exposure to HRMS / HRIS platforms
- Understanding of Performance Management processes
- Exposure to automation or digital transformation projects
