About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented Human Resources Associate to join our team at Country Inn Jalandhar. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of hotel HR operations and be comfortable handling employee coordination, attendance, recruitment support, documentation, and day-to-day HR activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day HR operations and employee coordination.
- Assist in recruitment and selection, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates and HODs.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR files, and documentation.
- Monitor attendance, leave, and employee-related records.
- Assist with joining formalities, onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
- Coordinate with departments regarding manpower requirements and vacancies.




- Support the HR team in preparing and maintaining manpower and recruitment reports.
- Assist in addressing routine employee queries and HR-related concerns.
- Coordinate for biometric/attendance-related activities and ensure records are updated.
- Assist in maintaining compliance with hotel HR policies and procedures.
- Support employee engagement activities and other HR initiatives.
- Coordinate with HODs and management for smooth execution of HR processes.
- Perform other HR-related duties as assigned by the management.

Candidate Requirements
- Graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in the hotel/hospitality industry.
- Good knowledge of recruitment, attendance, employee documentation, and HR operations

Pay: ₹9,249.86 - ₹21,000.00 per month
