We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment activities and ensure timely closure of hiring requirements while maintaining a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, references, and consultants.
- Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage offers, salary discussions, and joining follow-ups.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, databases, and MIS reports.
- Build talent pipelines for current and future requirements.
- Support background verification and onboarding activities.
- Use AI recruitment tools to improve sourcing and productivity.
Required Skills:
- 3+ years of recruitment/Talent Acquisition experience.
- Robust sourcing and screening skills.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn and job portals.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced Excel and recruitment MIS knowledge.
- Experience in technical/non-technical hiring is preferred.
Education: Bachelor's degree; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
