- Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and cover letters to identify top talent for open positions.
- Conduct initial interviews over the phone or via video conferencing to assess candidate fit.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with qualified candidates.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding current hires.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-5 years of experience in bulk hiring, document verification, interview coordination, mass recruitment, offer generation, salary negotiations, screening profiles/resumes.
- Strong understanding of recruitment consulting principles and practices.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders including clients (hiring managers) and candidates.
