Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive HR Recruiter to manage our end-to-end recruitment process. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to support our growing team in Agra. The ideal candidate will have solid communication skills and experience utilizing popular Indian job portals to close positions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Sourcing Talent: Find qualified candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, social media, and local talent networks.

- Screening & Interviewing: Review incoming applications, conduct initial telephonic screenings, and evaluate candidate fit.

- Interview Coordination: Schedule rounds of interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

- Offer Management: Assist in rolling out offer letters and managing candidate follow-ups until onboarding.

- Database Maintenance:



Update the candidates records database in internal trackers daily.

Requirements & Skills

- Education: Bachelors degree in any or a related field.

- Job Portal: Proficiency with job portal & databases.

- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
