Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for various NBFC roles.

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.

- Screen profiles and conduct initial HR discussions.

- Coordinate interviews with business stakeholders.

- Manage salary negotiations, offer rollouts, and joining follow-ups.

- Maintain recruitment MIS and ensure timely closure of open positions.

- Coordinate with candidates and internal teams throughout the hiring process.

- Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation of selected candidates.

Requirements:

- Minimum 6 months of recruitment experience.

- NBFC industry experience is mandatory.

- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to manage multiple positions and closures simultaneously.

- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.

- Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period will be preferred.
