Key Responsibilities:

- Understand job requirements and manpower needs from hiring managers and business teams.

- Source candidates through relevant recruitment channels and platforms.

- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements, skills, experience, and organizational fit.

- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers/interview panels.

- Manage the recruitment process from candidate sourcing through interview coordination.

- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely closure of open positions.

- Maintain candidate information and recruitment-related records as required.

Candidate Profile:

- 2-5 years of relevant experience in recruitment.





- Experience in end-to-end recruitment and lateral hiring.

- Solid candidate sourcing and screening skills.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates.

- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.

- Ability to manage multiple recruitment requirements simultaneously.
