Job Summary

We are looking for an HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities, from candidate sourcing to onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other channels.

Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates.

Prepare and release offer letters for selected candidates.

Coordinate joining formalities and employee onboarding.

Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring reports.

Ensure regular communication and a positive candidate experience.

Requirements

3 years of experience in HR Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.

Hands-on experience with Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn.

Positive communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.

Ability to handle multiple requirements and work within deadlines.
