We are looking for a results-driven HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment, daily HR operations, and employee engagement. In this role, you will source talent, streamline onboarding, track attendance and leaves, coordinate payroll inputs, and foster a healthy work culture. Key ResponsibilitiesSourcing and screening candidate profiles through portal databases, skilled networks, and job listings.
Scheduling and coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Managing onboarding formalities, documentation verification, and issuing offer/appointment letters. Maintaining daily attendance, leave records, and HR management system (HRMS) databases.
Assisting in payroll coordination by calculating working days, leaves, and overtime inputs. Addressing employee queries, conducting engagement activities, and maintaining company culture.
