What you'll work on
- End-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding
- Sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct outreach
- Screening, interviewing, and moving the right people forward, fast
- Building talent pipelines, especially for tech roles
- Creating a smooth, human candidate experience at every step
- Using recruitment tools and platforms to hire smarter
What we're looking for
- Strong communication and people skills
- Attention to detail and great time management
- Empathy, problem-solving, and a knack for negotiation
- Bonus if you've hired for tech roles or worked with ATS tools
