About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern / HR Fresher to join our Human Resources team. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in HR and gain hands-on experience across recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, HR documentation, and day-to-day HR operations.The candidate will work closely with the HR team and support various people-related activities while developing practical knowledge of HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.

Coordinate with candidates regarding interview schedules.

Maintain and update candidate and employee records.

Assist with joining, onboarding, and induction processes for new employees.

Support preparation and maintenance of HR documents, letters, and employee files.

Assist with attendance, leave, and other routine HR administration. Coordinate with employees to collect required documents and information.





Handle basic HR queries and coordinate with employees for their concerns. Support various administrative activities as required.

Required Skills

- Language mandatory Tamil and English
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of HR concepts and processes. Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and MS Office. Valuable organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee information.
- Willingness to learn and take ownership of assigned tasks. Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team

Educational Qualification

MBA / PGDM in Human Resources

BBA Final-year students may also be considered for internship opportunities.

Who Can Apply?

HR freshers looking to start their career in Human Resources. Candidates with 0–1 year of HR experience.

Candidates who have completed an HR internship or academic project. Candidates from Thanjavur, Kumbakonam, Trichy, or nearby areas are preferred.
