WIPL is looking for a hands-on HR Manager who enjoys working across the complete employee lifecycle and is equally enthusiastic about using technology and AI to make HR smarter, faster and more effective.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, induction and employee documentation.
- Handle attendance, leave, payroll coordination, compensation and benefits.
- Drive performance management, employee engagement, training and development initiatives.
- Manage employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters and HR policy implementation.
- Handle confirmations, transfers, increments, promotions, exits and full & final processes.
- Ensure HR documentation, statutory/process compliance and accurate employee records.
- Work closely with managers on manpower planning and people-related matters.
- Manage and continuously improve HRMS and other HR systems.
- Explore and implement AI tools, workflows and automation across recruitment and HR operations to reduce manual work and improve employee experience.
- Identify opportunities to simplify, digitize and innovate HR processes.
What We're Looking For A proactive HR Generalist with robust ownership, communication and people-management skills who is comfortable being hands-on rather than purely supervisory. The candidate should enjoy experimenting with HR technology, AI tools and automation and be keen to continuously improve the way HR operates.
