Job Overview

We are looking for an HR Manager, a generalist profile who can oversee recruitment, HR operations, payroll coordination, and employee engagement while ensuring smooth HR processes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage attendance, work reports, and leave records.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, interviews, and hiring coordination.
- Conduct background verification and manage onboarding and induction of new employees.




- Monitor employee performance reviews and support team development.
- Manage payroll preparation, statutory deductions, and compliance.
- Address employee grievances and maintain a positive workplace culture.
- Organize employee engagement activities and monthly celebrations.
- Handle exit processes including handover, asset collection, and exit interviews.

Requirements

- 3-5 years of experience in HR (Recruitment & Generalist).
- Solid communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple HR functions and coordinate with teams.
- Media industry experience preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
