HR – Key Responsibilities:

- Manpower Planning – Identify staff requirements department-wise.
- Recruitment – Candidate sourcing, interview and selection coordination.
- Employee Joining – Offer letter, documents and induction.
- Attendance Management – Attendance, late coming, permission and absenteeism.
- Leave Management – Leave approval, weekly-off and leave records.
- Payroll Support – Salary inputs, incentives, deductions, PF/ESI coordination.
- Performance Management – KRA/KPI, targets and monthly performance review.
- Training & Development – Sales, product knowledge, customer service and SOP training.
- Employee Discipline – Dress code, punctuality, behaviour and policy compliance.
- Grievance Handling – Receive and resolve employee concerns.
- Employee Engagement – Motivation, recognition and staff meetings.




- HR Policy & SOP – Implement and monitor HR policies.
- Employee Records – Maintain personal files and HR documentation.
- Exit Process – Resignation, clearance, handover and exit interview.
- HR Reporting – Daily, weekly and monthly HR MIS to management.
- Compliance – Coordinate statutory HR requirements.
- Manpower Productivity – Monitor whether employees are delivering expected results.
- Management Coordination – Report major people-related issues to MD/JMD/Management.
