Capthical Hub Private Limited is an accounting outsourcing firm seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Human Resource Executive to join our growing team in Surat. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a proactive approach to recruitment and employee engagement, and the ability to work independently while contributing positively to the company culture.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Actively source and screen candidates through various recruitment channels.
- Contact suitable candidates to discuss job opportunities and assess their interest and suitability.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews while managing the complete interview process efficiently.
- Maintain candidate records and assist in recruitment-related documentation.
- Assist in creating and posting engaging content on LinkedIn, Instagram, and other digital platforms to support employer branding and recruitment initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal teams to showcase company culture, events, employee achievements, and career opportunities through digital channels.
- Monitor social media engagement and assist in executing digital marketing activities.
- Collaborate in organizing company events such as team-building activities, annual celebrations,



and festival events, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with company culture.
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives and other HR-related activities as required.

Experience 0-2 Years

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing concepts.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities.
- High accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proactive, positive, and team-oriented approach.
