- Drive performance management and development initiatives
- Analyse HR data and provide insights to business stakeholders
- Support HR policies, processes and compliance • Identify opportunities to improve employee experience and HR effectiveness

Strong understanding of employee lifecycle and HR practices
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
