Role Summary The HR Business Partner (HRBP) acts as a strategic partner to business leaders and ensures alignment between business objectives and HR initiatives. The role is responsible for driving employee engagement, talent management, performance management, grievance handling and supporting smooth HR operations across the assigned region/business unit.

Key Responsibilities:

Employee Relations & Engagement:

- Address employee grievances and manage conflict resolution effectively.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and applicable state / national laws.
- Handle disciplinary procedures in alignment with company policies and legal framework.
- Conducting engagement activities at zonal level as driven from annual engagement calendar as well as basis regional activities for the region.

Retention :





- Conduct EWS exercise to monitor and analyze attrition trends, identify key drivers, and recommend retention strategies.
- Partner with managers to create a positive employee experience and improve engagement.
- Conduct exit interviews and share actionable insights with leadership.

Stakeholder Management:

- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on all HR-related matters.
- Build robust relationships with internal stakeholders to align HR strategy with business goals.
- Support organizational changes and drive employee communication initiatives.

Performance Management:

- Drive performance management processes at the zonal level/s.
- Support managers in providing effective feedback and development plans.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends and support talent decisions.

HR Initiatives:

- Collaborate on / execute various HR initiatives and projects as assigned from time-to-time
- Travel to branch offices for the span to support on-ground HR operations and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
