About the role

We're looking for an HR Manager to lead our people function end-to-end — hiring, employee relations, compliance, and culture.

Responsibilities

- Own the full recruitment cycle: job postings, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding

- Manage payroll inputs, attendance, leave records, and coordinate with Finance

- Maintain statutory compliance — PF, ESI, PT, Shops & Establishments, labour law filings

- Draft and update HR policies, employee handbook, and SOPs

- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary procedures, and exit formalities

- Run the performance appraisal cycle and support managers on goal setting and feedback

- Identify training needs and organise learning programs

- Track HR metrics (attrition, time-to-hire, headcount) and report to leadership





- Drive engagement initiatives and maintain a positive workplace culture

Requirements

- MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent (MSW, PG Diploma in HR)

- 5+ years in HR, with at least 2 in a managerial or generalist lead role

- Working knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance

- Experience with HRMS/payroll tools (Zoho People, GreytHR, Darwinbox or similar)

- Strong communication in English and [Tamil/regional language]

- Sound judgement and discretion with confidential information

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
