About the Role

FairFinance is looking for an HR Acquisition Intern to support our talent acquisition and recruitment activities across different departments, particularly BFSI, MFI, financial services, and related roles.

This opportunity is suitable for candidates who already have practical exposure to HR or recruitment and want to further develop their skills in talent sourcing, candidate screening, LinkedIn recruitment, job portals, and recruitment coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Internshala, and other relevant platforms.

Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and upcoming hiring requirements.

Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

Support LinkedIn sourcing, professional candidate outreach, and recruitment activities.

Post and manage job openings across relevant recruitment platforms.

Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.

Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring progress reports.

Conduct basic research on BFSI hiring trends, talent availability, and recruitment practices.





Support recruitment activities from sourcing through interview coordination.

Qualifications & Requirements

MBA/PGDM in Human Resources – pursuing or recently completed candidates are preferred.

Graduates from any discipline with relevant HR/recruitment internship experience are also welcome to apply.

Minimum 5 months of internship experience OR at least 2 internships in HR/Recruitment.

Basic understanding of recruitment and talent acquisition processes.

Familiarity with LinkedIn and job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, or Internshala.

Basic resume screening and candidate sourcing skills.

Positive verbal and written communication skills.

Professional approach to candidate interaction and follow-ups.

Good organizational skills and ability to maintain recruitment records.

Genuine interest in building a career in HR and Talent Acquisition.
