HSE Manager — High-Rise Residential PMC

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 15+ Years

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech. in Engineering

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and oversee HSE activities across large-scale high-rise residential construction projects.
- Develop and implement site HSE plans, procedures, risk assessments and safety protocols.
- Monitor site activities and ensure compliance with applicable HSE standards, regulations and project requirements.
- Conduct safety inspections, audits and toolbox talks and ensure timely closure of identified observations.
- Investigate incidents, near misses and unsafe conditions and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Coordinate with contractors,



consultants and project teams to maintain a strong safety culture across the project.

Requirements

- 15+ years of relevant HSE experience in the construction industry.
- Strong experience in large-scale high-rise residential and mixed-use projects.
- Strong site execution and PMC experience.
- Hands-on exposure to Aluform and/or precast-based construction/shuttering projects.
- Solid knowledge of construction site safety, risk management, statutory compliance and safety documentation.
- Strong communication, coordination, leadership and incident-management skills.
