We are looking for an

HRMS professional with hands-on experience in

HRMS/HCM configuration and support to join our team.

Years of Experience - 0.6 Years to 2 Years Remote Working

Role Summary The role involves working closely with

HR and IT teams to configure HR processes, maintain system accuracy, and provide ongoing operational support.

Key Responsibilities HRMS / HCM configuration and maintenance Core HR data setup (Employees, Jobs, Grades, Positions, Business Units) Workflow, approval, and security role configuration SIT / UAT testing support and issue resolution Data loads, data validation, and basic integrations Functional and configuration documentation Post go-live and production support

Required Skills & Experience HRMS / HCM configuration experience Strong understanding of HR processes and data structures Workflow and security configuration HRMS implementation or enhancement support Positive communication and documentation skills
