We are looking for an enthusiastic and people-oriented HR Trainee to join our team. This role is ideal for a fresher who wants to build a career in Human Resources and gain practical experience in recruitment, employee coordination, onboarding, and day-to-day HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing and screening candidates.
- Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms.
- Shortlist candidates based on job requirements and coordinate interviews.
- Conduct initial candidate communication and follow-ups.
- Maintain candidate and employee records and HR databases.
- Assist with joining formalities and employee onboarding.
- Prepare and maintain HR documents, attendance records, and employee files.
- Coordinate with employees regarding HR-related queries and requirements.
- Assist in maintaining leave and attendance records.
- Support employee engagement activities and internal HR initiatives.
- Prepare basic HR reports and MIS as required.
- Assist the HR team with other day-to-day administrative activities.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and MS Office.
- Good organizational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to communicate professionally with candidates and employees.
- Willingness to learn HR processes and recruitment techniques.
- Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
Qualification
- Graduate in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.
