Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities for Exhibition Showcase. The ideal candidate should have solid communication skills, the ability to identify suitable talent, and a hands-on approach to sourcing, screening, interviewing and coordinating candidates.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
- Understand hiring requirements and prepare/coordinate Job Descriptions (JDs) for different positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals and other relevant channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening interviews and assess candidates on communication, experience, skills and role suitability.
- Coordinate face-to-face and virtual interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain regular communication and follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.




- Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment tracker.
- Schedule interviews and ensure candidates receive all necessary information regarding the interview.
- Coordinate the documentation and onboarding process for selected candidates.
- Maintain records of selected, rejected and shortlisted candidates.
- Prepare regular recruitment reports covering vacancies, applications, interviews and closures.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates for frequently hired positions.
- Support employee engagement and other HR activities whenever required.
- Assist in maintaining basic HR documentation, attendance records and employee information.
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

- Good understanding of recruitment and candidate screening.
- Ability to identify relevant candidates from a large pool of applications.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of job portals and LinkedIn recruitment.
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and basic HR documentation.




- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Professional and confident approach while communicating with candidates.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Graduate/MBA in HR or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment/HR, preferably in a media, events, exhibitions, marketing or corporate environment.
- Candidates with experience in bulk hiring, sales recruitment, content/media recruitment or event-industry hiring will be preferred.
- Should be comfortable conducting face-to-face interviews and regular candidate follow-ups.
- Should be proactive, target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
