About the Role

We are looking for a proactive Recruiter with around 2 years of experience to manage the end-to-end hiring lifecycle. You will partner with hiring managers, source strong candidates, and deliver a excellent candidate experience from first contact to onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

- Work with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create clear job descriptions.
- Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), social media, employee referrals, and databases.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic or video screening, and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and interview panels.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviews, salary negotiation, offer rollout, and joining follow-up.
- Maintain candidate data and hiring reports in the ATS or trackers.
- Build talent pipelines for recurring and future openings.
- Give candidates timely feedback and updates to keep drop-offs low.
- Support employer branding through job postings, campus drives, and hiring events.




- Track metrics such as time-to-hire, offer-to-join ratio, and source effectiveness.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
- 2 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment (IT or non-IT).
- Experience with Boolean search and sourcing on LinkedIn and job portals.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, in English and Tamil.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions and meet deadlines.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and email etiquette.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with an ATS (Zoho Recruit, Freshteam, Greenhouse, etc.).
- Exposure to bulk hiring or niche or technical hiring.
- Basic understanding of compensation structures and offer negotiation.
- Strong negotiation and follow-up skills to reduce candidate drop-offs.
