We are currently building a dynamic recruitment team to work from office at Shantinagar near Richmond Circle
Key Responsibilities
1. Source candidates through Indeed, Naukri, Apna, and other platforms
2. Source candidates through LinkedIn, Facebook groups and other social media platforms
3. Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interactions
4. Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients
5. Manage recruitment pipelines and maintain candidate records
6. Create job postings
7. Manage end-to-end recruitment process
Candidate Profile
1. HR Recruiters with 1–5 years of experience in searching, screening and shortlisting blue / green / white collar and C-suite roles, candidate communication and interview coordination.
2. You should be able to work under tight timelines
3.
You should be result oriented and take responsibility for successful end-to-end process completion.
4. 1–5 years of recruitment experience
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
6. Good candidate sourcing and screening abilities
7. Strong follow-up and coordination skills
8. Ability to work independently and handle multiple requirements
Work Details Salary: ₹12,000–₹15,000/month
Work Mode: Work from Office
