ASBAAB by Madiha Farooq is a Mumbai-based luxury bridal and couture fashion house established in 2007, known for luxury bridal wear, Pakistani-inspired couture, Zardozi handwork and personalized bridal styling. With a retail bridal studio in Santa Cruz East and a growing team of 40+ members, we're looking for an HR & Recruitment Executive to independently manage recruitment and HR coordination.
Location: Santa Cruz East, Mumbai (near Vakola Police Station)
Work Mode: On-site
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Timings: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Reporting To: Founder — Madiha Farooq
Experience: 2–5 years
Salary: 25k-35k per month
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding
- Understand manpower needs across retail, garment, production, sales, customer service and operations
- Source candidates via job portals, networks, social media and references
- Screen candidates, conduct initial interviews and coordinate with the Founder and department heads
- Maintain the candidate database and follow up to ensure timely joining
- Handle employee documentation, onboarding, attendance,
leave and HR records
- Build a reliable talent pipeline for future requirements
