We are looking for an HR Recruiter to handle candidate sourcing and hiring for delivery executive positions. The role involves candidate calling, screening, interview coordination, follow-ups, and onboarding support.

Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other channels.
- Make calls to candidates and explain job details clearly.
- Screen candidates according to the required eligibility and job criteria.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview and joining status.
- Collect and verify required candidate documents.
- Support candidates during the joining and onboarding process.
- Maintain candidate details and daily recruitment records.
- Coordinate with the operations team regarding candidate joining and deployment.
- Achieve assigned daily and monthly recruitment targets.
Eligibility
- Minimum 12th Pass; graduates are preferred.
- Freshers can apply.
- Experience in HR recruitment, telecalling, customer support, or bulk hiring will be an advantage.
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Comfortable making regular candidate calls and follow-ups.
- Ability to work with recruitment targets and deadlines.
