Role Description This is a full time remote Recruiter role. The Recruiter will manage the complete recruitment cycle, including drafting job descriptions, posting openings, and sourcing candidates through various channels.

Day-to-day responsibilities include screening applications, conducting phone and video interviews, coordinating face-to-face interviews, and administering assessments and background checks. The Recruiter will partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, provide hiring insights, and ensure a smooth, timely process from initial contact through offer negotiation.



The role also involves maintaining accurate candidate records, using applicant tracking tools, and delivering a professional, inclusive candidate experience.

Qualifications

- Experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
- Ability to conduct structured phone, video, and in-person interviews, and to facilitate assessments and background checks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, online job boards, and professional networking platforms.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines in a remote environment.
- Knowledge of fair hiring practices and commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in recruitment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior agency or in-house recruiting experience is beneficial, especially in fast-paced or high-volume hiring environments.
