We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Human Resources (HR) Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will oversee key daily HR operations, including recruitment, employee onboarding, performance management, compliance, and workplace relations. You will serve as a trusted point of contact for employees and management to foster a positive, efficient, and compliant work environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment efforts, including drafting job descriptions, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and facilitating seamless onboarding for recent hires.
- Employee Relations: Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries, resolve workplace conflicts, and promote a culture of transparent communication and engagement.
- Compliance & Policy Administration: Ensure company policies align with local, state, and federal labor laws. Maintain accurate employee records and assist with routine HR audits.
- Performance Management: Coordinate annual performance evaluations, assist managers with constructive feedback frameworks,



and support employee development initiatives.
- Compensation & Benefits: Assist with payroll administration, manage employee benefit enrollments, and answer questions regarding PTO, health insurance, and perks.
- Training & Development: Identify organizational training needs and help implement professional development programs.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 2–5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources or related operational roles.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of labour laws, HR best practices, and standard operating procedures.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution abilities.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and sound judgment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
