We’re looking for a Recruitment Intern who is excited about people, startups and building teams from the ground up. This role will give you hands-on exposure to the complete recruitment lifecycle in a quick-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, communities and other channels.
Screen profiles and conduct initial candidate conversations.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Work closely with the Talent Acquisition/HR team on multiple open positions.
Build and maintain talent pools for recurring and critical roles.
Assist with recruitment MIS, trackers and hiring reports.
Explore and leverage AI/recruitment tools to improve sourcing and screening efficiency.
Support employer branding and talent outreach initiatives when required.
