Company Description ORN Journeys is re-engineering travel around the traveler, creating seamless journeys instead of fragmented bookings. While flights, stays, transfers, and experiences have become individually bookable, ORN integrates mobility, accommodations, local operations, technology, and customer support into one organized system.

Europe is the first large-scale expression of this model, showcasing fixed departures and fully integrated operations. By combining direct procurement, local teams, and one accountable standard, ORN Journeys aims to deliver simpler, more accessible, and more reliable travel experiences for diverse types of travelers.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site HR Recruiter role based in Bengaluru. The HR Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating subsequent interview rounds with hiring managers.

The role involves partnering with internal stakeholders to understand workforce needs, define role requirements, and ensure timely and effective hiring. The HR Recruiter will maintain candidate pipelines, update recruitment trackers and HR systems, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process. Additional responsibilities include supporting employer branding initiatives,



assisting with onboarding activities, and contributing to continuous improvement of recruitment policies and practices.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing across a range of roles.
- Solid stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment platforms, and HR databases to manage pipelines and reports.
- Excellent communication skills, including clear written communication and professional, inclusive verbal interactions with candidates.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet hiring timelines in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of recruitment best practices, including non-discriminatory hiring, structured interviewing, and data-driven decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Previous recruitment experience in travel, hospitality, or technology-driven organizations is beneficial.
- High level of integrity, respect for confidentiality, and commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring.
