HR Recruiter role is a full-time, on-site position based in Okhla, Recent Delhi, India. The HR Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating selection processes for various roles.

Responsibilities include understanding role requirements, maintaining candidate pipelines, and ensuring a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding. The role also involves updating and managing recruitment databases, preparing job postings, scheduling interviews, and supporting HR documentation. The HR Recruiter may assist in employee engagement initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and HR practices.

Salary Range : Rs 20,000 - Rs25,000 per month





Core Responsibilities

- Create and update clear job descriptions.
- Source talent on various job portals and social media platforms.
- Review applications and conduct telephonic interviews.
- Schedule interviews and manage feedback with team leads.
- Handle salary negotiations, share job offers, and intiate new hires onboard

Education: Bachelor’s degree

Experience: 6 months - 1 year of hiring experience or talent sourcing.

Soft skills: Communication, and people skills.

Tech skills: Know how to use various job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
