We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of recruitment experience can apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment activities from sourcing to joining.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and other channels.
- Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and clients/management.
- Maintain candidate records and provide regular recruitment updates.
- Achieve assigned recruitment targets within the given timelines.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate database.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid follow-up and convincing skills.
- Willingness to work in a target-driven environment.
- Freshers with a strong interest in recruitment are welcome.
Immediate joiners are preferred. Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
