Roles and Responsibilities :

- Source and attract top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.

- Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates who meet the requirements for open positions.

- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring a smooth recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.

- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, applications received, and interview schedules.

Job Requirements :

- 0-1 year of experience in HR or Recruitment industry.

- Robust understanding of talent acquisition principles and practices.

- Excellent communication skills with ability to interact effectively with candidates at all levels.

- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) software.
