Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for clients.
- Candidate sourcing, screening & interview coordination.
- Manage job postings on Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
- Candidate follow-up and joining coordination.
- Handle basic HR Generalist activities.
- Maintain employee records, attendance & HR documentation.
- Prepare HR reports and MIS.
- Coordinate with clients and candidates.
Requirements
- Graduate / MBA-HR preferred.
- Recruitment consultancy experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of HR Generalist functions.
- Good communication & coordination skills.
- Strong follow-up and target-oriented approach.
