The role involves interacting with clients, understanding their hiring requirements, coordinating with internal recruitment teams, following up on open positions, and supporting the overall account management process.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain qualified relationships with clients.
- Connect with clients regularly to understand their hiring requirements.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the recruitment team for suitable profiles.
- Follow up with clients regarding CV feedback, interviews, selections, and closures.
- Coordinate between clients and internal recruitment teams to ensure smooth execution of requirements.
- Track open positions and recruitment progress for assigned clients.
- Support the team in generating recurring recruitment requirements from existing clients.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and support business growth.
- Assist in handling client queries and escalations.
- Participate in face-to-face client meetings when required.
- Maintain regular updates on client requirements, candidate status, and closures.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure requirements are closed within the required TAT.
- Develop a good understanding of recruitment, staffing, and client management processes.
Pay: ₹16,500.00 per month
