Position Summary: An HRIS Analyst 2 is responsible for full life cycle activities related to the support of assigned applications, which could include Global HR (GHR) and Lawson Human Resources Management System (HRMS), PeopleFluent Talent Management System, Enwisen HR Case Management and Knowledge Base System, as well as other HR Systems. This role contributes to multiple projects of varying complexity. This includes requirements, design, creating/executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scripts, identifying defects, and collaborating with stakeholders to validate the systems readiness for production.

This role also includes supporting various end users, troubleshooting complex system issues, provisioning, and maintaining security access, and performing miscellaneous configuration changes. This position essentially acts as the bridge between development and the end-user experience by verifying that the application functions as intended in real-world scenarios. The HRIS Solutions Analyst II is part of a larger HR systems team and is expected to operate within a rapidly changing work environment in accordance with the companys mission and values, under the supervision of a Manager, HRIS.

Responsibilities: Responsible for Full Life Cycle Activities (Requirements, Design, UAT, etc.) • Facilitate the HRIS design and requirements efforts for system changes (bug fixes, enhancements, etc.) • Define, develop, and execute User Acceptance Test strategy • Identify, document, and troubleshoot defects and collaborate with ITG to resolve • Conduct go-live activities • Perform post go-live production validation • Responsible for system configuration, maintenance, documentation, patch upgrades, custom enhancements, etc.

- Identify system usage patterns and potential process improvement opportunities.
- Interact and effectively communicate with IT, and the support teams for our software vendors regarding functional system needs.
- Interact with Corporate and Field HR and Centers of Excellence regarding employee data maintenance, system configuration, general system usage, etc., as directed Provide Tier-Three HRIS Support: • Provides solutions for escalated and high-priority issues.
- Troubleshoot reported functional system issues.




- Keep an accurate log of all reported support issues.

Experience

• Bachelor's degree • 4+ years of prior HRIS experience with advanced knowledge of HRIS applications • Experience preparing performance reports, business review materials, or dashboards for operational or functional leadership.
- Experience working across multiple stakeholders and managing recurring deliverables in a deadline-driven environment. Must Have Skills • Applies Agile methodologies and continuous process improvement practices, including Lean, Six Sigma, and other frameworks, to evaluate workflows, identify inefficiencies and root causes, prioritize opportunities, and implement sustainable process and service delivery improvements.
- Leverages advanced analytics (e.g., predictive modeling, machine learning, data mining, prescriptive analysis, visualization), artificial intelligence (AI), and emerging technologies to forecast trends, generate actionable insights, automate and streamline processes, expand self-service capabilities, and identify innovative solutions that enhance the employee, candidate, and HR user experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into practical business insights.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel; comfortable working with large data sets, pivots, lookups, and structured trackers; proficiency with other Microsoft Office products • Solid written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to tailor updates for leadership and cross-functional audiences.
- Ability to organize work independently, manage multiple priorities, and follow through with a high level of accuracy and ownership.




- Proven stakeholder management skills and comfort working in a matrixed, cross-time-zone environment. Nice to Have Skills • Experience with SQL and PowerBI or similar data visualization and reporting tools • Experience with Infor GHR and/or PeopleFluent • Experience working in agile methodology • Prior experience in HR Shared Services • Experience supporting project plans, implementation tracking, or change management activities.
