About the Role

IND Global Realty is expanding its operations in Surat, Gujarat, and we are looking for an experienced HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage our Surat office and support recruitment for our Dubai-based Sales Team.

The role will have a strong focus on Sales Recruitment, along with managing the HR and day-to-day activities of our Digital Team based in Surat, Gujarat, India.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Recruitment

- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for Sales roles in Dubai.
- Conduct initial HR screening and first-round interviews with candidates in India.
- Assess candidates based on communication, sales ability, experience, and overall suitability.
- Coordinate online interviews with the Dubai management team for final selection.
- Manage the complete recruitment process from sourcing to selection.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Coordinate with the Dubai HR and management teams on hiring requirements.

Digital Team & Surat Office Management

- Manage the HR and day-to-day coordination of the Digital Team, including Video Editors, Graphic Designers, Content Writers, Web Developers, SEO Specialists, and other creative/technical roles.
- Monitor attendance,



leave, employee coordination, and general HR requirements.
- Support onboarding and employee documentation.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the Surat office.
- Coordinate with the Dubai HR and management teams on employee-related matters.

Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in HR Generalist / HR Operations / Talent Acquisition.
- Strong experience in recruitment, particularly Sales hiring.
- Excellent communication and interviewing skills.
- Ability to independently screen and conduct first-round interviews.
- Experience managing employees and day-to-day HR activities.
- Strong coordination skills with teams working across different locations.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently.
- Experience in a real estate, sales, digital, or rapid-paced environment is an advantage.

Salary is open and will be discussed based on the candidate's current compensation, experience, and overall profile.
