- Source and screen candidates through job portals and social media.
- Conduct telephonic interviews and explain job details.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up until joining.
- Maintain candidate records and daily recruitment reports.
- Achieve monthly interview and joining targets.
Requirements:
- Graduate/Postgraduate; freshers may apply.
- Positive Hindi and Punjabi communication skills.
- Basic computer and Excel knowledge.
- Recruitment or telecalling experience preferred.
- Bathinda-based candidates will be preferred.
