We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter with expertise in IT recruitment within the Banking & Financial Services sector, particularly for Temenos T24 / Transact / Infinity technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and recruit IT professionals for Banking & Financial Services projects.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate follow-up.
- Identify and engage candidates with experience in T24 / Temenos Transact / Infinity.
- Understand technical requirements and identify suitable candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and internal teams throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate records and provide regular recruitment updates.
Required Skills
- 1-2 years of experience in IT recruitment.
- Experience recruiting for the Banking & Financial Services sector.
- Exposure to T24, Temenos Transact, and Infinity profiles.
- Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
- Good understanding of IT roles and technical requirements.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
